Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Genki TCG will ship out orders within 2 business days. ​​

​Any orders cancelled before being shipped out will have a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be taken from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable payment process fee that we are charged when initial transaction is made.
 

Pre-Order Policy

All Pre-order items will be shipped 10 days after we receive the product.

 

All pre-orders will be charged immediately on purchase. Note that if you wish to order non pre-order products in the same cart as the pre-order, all contents of that order will be shipped together. This could result in all products not being shipped out until a week or two after we receive the pre-ordered items. If you do not wish to wait for all non pre-ordered products, you will have to make a separate transaction. 

Return Policy

All Pokémon Cards are sealed, this is the nature of all products in the Trading Card Game industry and for this we can not offer returns. If something is sent to you and arrives damaged or as described, please feel free to contact us.
